Warranty, Repair Policy and Klarna

WARRANTY
The GameBoks is covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by GameBoks ApS. The warranty is issued to the customer who buys a new GameBoks directly from GameBoks ApS. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any GameBoks bought by official retailers have their own warranty issued by this external retailer.
GameBoks warrants to the customer that the device will under normal use function substantially in accordance with GameBoks' technical specifications or accompanying product documentation for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase.
The limited 2 year warranty will be voided if the purchaser rents a GameBoks product to a third party user and damages are incurred during third party use.


REPAIR
The two-year limited consumer warranty starts from the day the Consumer receives the GameBoks. This warranty only covers repairs that need to be performed due to manufacturing errors and/or damage occurred during transport. GameBoks does not cover repairs needed due to hazardous use or excessive handling of the GameBoks by the customer.

Klarna Payment
If you are able to use Klarna Payments, please be aware of the following. “In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.”
